Delphine, a French brasserie with tableside martinis and a lamb burger that nods to its predecessor, opens October 29 in the former Breslin space at the Ace Hotel NoMad.

Chef Jarett Brodie’s menu includes duck leg confit with fennel-apple purée and Asian pear compote, spotted trout with lemon beurre blanc and trout roe, and mussels with saffron, lemongrass and coconut, according to the restaurant’s announcement.

The lamb burger comes with red onion jam, Fourme d’Ambert and fries. At the bar, the signature martini is available with gin or vodka and arrives in a chilled carafe for pouring at the table.

The 80-seat restaurant occupies two floors, with a ground-floor bar and an upstairs dining area. Brass fixtures, distressed mirrors, oxblood tones and Erté-inspired fashion drawings furnish the space.

The founders are Karim Amatullah, Lionel “KyKy” Conille, Mino Habib and Mathias Van Leyden. Their announcement lists daily breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. and dinner from 5 p.m.

Delphine is at 16 W. 29th St. Details and reservations are available through Delphine Brasserie.
