How to pitch

Keep it brief. Tell us the story, why it matters now, what reporting you can do and why you are the right person to do it. Include two or three relevant clips or a portfolio link. Do not send a finished piece unless requested.

Standards

We do not publish fabricated reporting, undisclosed conflicts of interest or material lifted from other publications. Writers are expected to verify facts, identify sources clearly and distinguish firsthand reporting from information gathered elsewhere.
