Two teenagers fake a Bigfoot sighting, and an Appalachian town begins to unravel, in Xhloe and Natasha’s new show at SoHo Playhouse.
Bigfoot Ripped My Dog In Half I Saw It runs November 28 through January 3, 2027, with an official opening December 2. Written and performed by Xhloe Rice and Natasha Roland, the production combines physical theater, clowning and a nine-foot puppet the pair created and operate.
According to the production’s announcement, the story unfolds in a flood-ravaged town in the 1990s. What starts as a way to pass the time becomes something more dangerous when a neighbor’s dog turns up dead and conspiracy theories spread.
The pair co-direct with Tom Costello. The New York engagement follows performances at the Edinburgh Fringe and London’s Soho Theatre.
The show runs 60 minutes and is recommended for ages 14 and older. Announced ticket prices range from $46 to $75. SoHo Playhouse is at 15 Vandam St.; details are available from the theater.
